OUR LEADERSHIP

Terry served two churches in the DFW area as their youth and family minister over a  25-year span.  In 2010 Terry began an eleven-year tenure as the senior minister for the Central Church of Christ in Topeka, KS.  In 2020 Terry and his wife, Cindy, felt called to return to DFW to serve MCC as the Executive minister.  Terry and Cindy love MCC and the city of Mansfield. Terry and Cindy have two adult daughters, two son-in-laws, and most importantly two grandsons.

After nearly ten years of full-time youth ministry at three different churches (including MCC), Logan Thompson serves as our Preaching & Teaching Minister. He and his wife, Maryn, who works as a Physical Therapist, met while in college at Harding University. Logan received his Master of Divinity degree from Harding School of Theology in Memphis, TN, in 2019. He considers it a privilege and a joy to proclaim God’s Word here at MCC.

Nathan serves as our Worship & Teens Minister! He grew up in the DFW Area before attending Lubbock Christian University and Purdue University. Nathan is passionate about worship and walking with people in discipleship, guiding others to deepen their relationship with Christ. He’s deeply grateful for his amazing wife, Hannah, and enjoys spending time together. Nathan loves playing guitar, being with friends, diving into a good book, and cheering on his favorite football team (Go Cowboys!) He loves MCC and is honored to be a part of this team!

Olivia Nabb (Miss Liv) is our kids minister and her role includes discipling families and children to be formed into the image of Jesus. Olivia facilitates volunteers to provide a welcoming and safe environment for kids. She is passionate about teaching kids and families about the love of Jesus through intergenerational worship and imaginative learning. Olivia was raised the oldest of 8 kids in Lincoln, Nebraska but has spent the past few years obtaining a Master of Divinity degree at Abilene Christian University which she completed in May 2024. She enjoys spending her free time thrifting, going to farmers markets, reading at a coffee shop with Luke, playing board games with friends and family or cuddling her dog, Darcy (named after her favorite fictional book, Pride & Prejudice) 

She's back! Anita previously served as Administrative Assistant from 2000 to 2016. Blessed with a 54-year marriage, serving alongside her husband, Al, in his role as an elder for 31 years, she feels well-equipped to serve the church family here.  She has two daughters and four grandchildren that top her “favorite people” list.
One of her favorite scriptures is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Rejoice. Pray. Give thanks.
